Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are required

  • Returns are accepted only after verification and approval

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a return or exchange accordingly.

Refund Policy

  • Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are usually processed as:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Refund via bank transfer (if replacement is not available)

💰 Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

⏱ Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used or damaged after delivery

  • The return request is made after 24 hours

  • The issue is due to customer preference (change of mind, color choice, etc.)
